I just want to quickly welcome everyone to the new Boxing page here at The Sports Chat Place. While this page should be active and informative, it is going to be run in a more casual manner than the rest of the site, at least for now.

Along with my popular Weekly Boxing Talk videos which have grown in popularity over Youtube, I am going to add a full weekly schedule with a look ahead to the future at the dates, times and TV coverage of major fights.

It was always a dream of mine to have a boxing site and when I opened my first site over a year ago for College Football, I was somewhat torn at the time as to which sport to cover first. Now that I have some time and experience under my belt, no time like the present to get things started here.

If there are any features you would like to see here in the future just let me know. Either you can leave a comment on one of the articles or hit the forum which will be all new in just a few days time.

Thanks for joining me and as everything around here is, this page is a work in progress and should develop into one of the leading boxing sites in the world today.
