Defensively Oregon is allowing 25.9 points and 462.4 yards per game creating 16 turnovers and accumulating 23 sacks. Eric Dargan has 53 tackles and four interceptions and Derrick Malone and Joe Walker have 50 tackles each. Last season Oregon went into the tank after their loss to Stanford but this season they have been string since losing to Arizona.

The Stanford Cardinal have taken a small step backwards this season but they are coming off of their best performance of the year blowing out Oregon State. The Stanford offense is averaging 25.8 points per game and 382.8 yards and are led by QB Kevin Hogan who has completed 62.6 percent of his passes with 13 touchdowns and six interceptions. The Stanford defense has been tough allowing 12.5 points and just 250.6 yards per game sacking opposing QB’s 27 times but creating just eight turnovers. Blake Martinez leads the Cardinal defense with 60 tackles including 3.5 sacks, A.J. Tarpley has 53 tackles, and Peter Kalambayi has 5.5 sacks. While this season won’t yield a playoff team Stanford still has a chance to win the Pac-12.

Oregon is 5-2 against the spread against a team with a winning record, 16-7 against the spread following a win, and 2-5 against the spread in their last seven home games. Stanford is 2-5 against the spread against a team with a winning record, 26-12-1 against the spread in their last 39 Pac-12 games, and 0-4 against the spread in their last four road games. The underdog has covered the point spread in five of the last six meetings of these two.

Oregon gets revenge and does it in style winning easily.
