The TCU Horned Frogs and Kansas Jayhawks meet Saturday afternoon at Memorial Stadium.

The TCU Horned Frogs have won four straight games and have their eyes set on a playoff spot. TCU is led by Trevone Boykin, who is completing 58 percent of his passes for 23 touchdowns and four interceptions. Boykin has 13 total touchdowns and one pick in his last three games, and TCU has 26 passing plays of 25 or more yards. Josh Doctson and Kolby Listenbee have combined for more than 1,200 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns, while Deante' Gray has scored four touchdowns in his last three games played. TCU’s ground game is averaging 5.7 yards per carry, as Aaron Green and Boykin have combined for 11 rushing touchdowns and close to 1,100 rushing yards. Running back B.J. Catalon, who missed last week with a shoulder injury, is questionable for this game as well. Defensively, the TCU Horned Frogs are allowing 22.3 points, 374.4 yards, and they’ve forced 27 turnovers and 26 sacks. Paul Dawson leads TCU with 95 tackles and Mike Tuaua has five sacks.

Kansas vs. TCU - 11/15/14 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Kansas Jayhawks have lost five of their last six games and now begin the toughest part of their schedule. Michael Cummings is completing 59.5 percent of his passes for five touchdowns and two interceptions. Cummings has four total touchdowns and zero picks in his last two games, and Kansas has 21 passing plays of 25 or more yards. Nick Harwell and Jimmay Mundine have combined for 801 receiving yards and six touchdowns, while Nigel King has caught nine of his 23 passes in his last two games. Kansas’ ground game is averaging 3.5 yards per carry, as Corey Avery leads the way with 538 yards and four touchdowns. Tony Pierson and Cummings are the only two other Jayhawks with rushing touchdowns this season. Defensively, the Kansas Jayhawks are allowing 30 points, 435.8 yards, and they’ve forced 16 turnovers and 15 sacks. Ben Heeney leads Kansas with 101 tackles and Michael Reynolds has 12.5 tackles for loss.

The Horned Frogs are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 conference games and 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games overall. The Jayhawks are 2-5 ATS vs. a team with a winning record and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a ATS win.

I really, really hate laying this much chalk with a road team but it certainly beats backing Kansas. This game is a huge mismatch on both sides of the ball and could get very ugly very quickly. There are better games on the board but if you feel the need to cap this game, take TCU and the chalk, as the Horned Frogs could win this game by 50 if they really wanted to.
