Appleby has three touchdowns and two picks in his last two games, and Purdue has 16 passing plays of 25 or more yards. The Wildcats are 4-10 ATS in their last 14 conference games and 5-15 ATS in their last 20 games overall. The Boilermakers are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 conference games and 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The road team is 9-4 ATS in their last 13 meetings.
Both of these teams are at the bottom of the pack in the Big Ten and this game could really go either way. However, the Northwestern Wildcas have more to play for with a possible bowl game still in reach. Purdue, well, it's a team already looking ahead to next season. Give me the Wildcats by a field goal.
