The Scarlet Knights are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games in November and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. loss. The Terrapins are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 home games and 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games following a S.U. win.
I don't love this game at all but Maryland has shown more signs of life recently than Rutgers. With it being the last home game and emotions running wild, the Terrapins should win by double digits.
