The Oregon Ducks and the Arizona Wildcats face off on Friday at Levi’s Stadium in the Pac-12 Championship college football championship.
The Oregon Ducks have just one loss this season but that loss came to their opponent this week. U of A. Despite the loss Oregon controls their own destiny and with a win they will be in the first ever college football playoff with a one in four chance of winning the national championship. Oregon is averaging 45.9 points and 539.5 yards per game and they are led by QB Marcus Mariota who looks to be the Heisman Trophy winner as he has completed 68.6 percent of his passes with 36 touchdowns and just two interceptions and he has rushed for 636 yards and 11 touchdowns. Royce Freeman leads the Oregon ground attack with 1,185 yards and 16 touchdowns and Byron Marshall is the Ducks leading receiver with 56 catches and five touchdowns. The Oregon defense is allowing 23.2 points and 429.6 yards per game with 23 takeaways and 30 sacks. Erick Dargan has 81 tackles, Derrick Malone had 73 tackles, and Joe Walker has 69 tackles. Oregon trailed most of the way in the first meeting and though they were able to tie the game up late they were unable to get the win.

The Arizona Wildcats needed some help and need to help themselves on Saturday to reach this game but with a UCLA loss and their win over Arizona State they get a chance to beat Oregon twice in one year. The Arizona offense is averaging 36.7 points and 481.2 yards per game and are led by QB Anu Solomon who has completed 58.2 percent of his passes with 27 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Nick Wilson has rushed for 1.263 yards and 15 touchdowns to lead Wildcats and Cayleb Jones has 63 receptions and eight touchdowns. The Arizona defense in allowing 25.5 points and 434.7 yards per game with 24 takeaways and 37 sacks. Scooby Wright has 139 tackles and 14 sacks, Jared Tevis has 104 tackles, and Jouron Grandon has 74 tackles. Arizona was able to keep the scoring down in the first meeting and that how they got the win.
Oregon is 7-0 against the spread in their last eight games, 5-0 against the spread against a team with a winning record, and 20-7 against the spread following a win. Arizona is 6-13 against the spread against a team with a winning record, 3-9 against the spread following a win, and 1-5 against the spread following a game that they covered the point spread.
