USA TODAY Sports

The Bowling Green Falcons have lost four of their last six games and are playing in their third straight bowl. James Knapke is completing 57.4 percent of his passes for 13 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Knapke has one touchdown and two picks in his last three games, and Bowling Green has 29 passing plays of 25 or more yards. Roger Lewis and Ryan Burbrink have combined for more than 1,600 receiving yards and eight touchdowns while Ronnie Moore has 11 of his 51 receptions in his last three games. Bowling Green’s ground game is averaging 4.5 yards per carry, as Travis Greene leads the way with 908 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. Defensively, the Bowling Green Falcons are allowing 33.9 points, 499.6 yards, and they’ve forced 23 sacks and 29 turnovers. Gabe Martin leads Bowling Green with 110 tackles and Bryan Thomas has five sacks.

The Jaguars are 0-4 ATS vs. a team with a winning record and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games following a ATS win. The Falcons are 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 games following a ATS loss and 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games overall.

This line opened up with Bowling Green being the favorite, and now we're getting free points with the better team. The bottom line is that Bowling Green has more experience playing in bigger games and the players should be hungry to get that first bowl win since 2004. I'll take a chance here with the Falcons and the points.
