The Line: Alabama Crimson Tide -39 -- Over/Under: 55 See the Latest Odds

The Alabama Crimson Tide look to get a bounce back win when they host the University of Louisiana at Monroe Warhawks on Saturday.

The Alabama Crimson Tide look to get back on the winning track after losing last week to Ole Miss. The Alabama offense is averaging 36.3 points per game with 512.3 yards per game. Alabama uses the run and the pass effectively. Alabama has used two quarterbacks this year but Jake Coker looks like he has taken the starting job. Coker is averaging 209.3 yards per game with 5 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. Derrick Henry is the lead back for Alabama averaging 123.3 yards per game with 7 touchdowns. The leading receiver for the Crimson Tide is O.J. Howard with 58.3 yards per game. The Alabama defense has given up 23.3 points per game with 325.3 yards per game. The Tide defense has 5 sacks, 2 interceptions and 3 fumble recoveries. The Alabama defense is led by Reggie Ragland who has 30 tackles and Jarran Reed who has 15 tackles. This game is important to the Alabama because they have to put that loss to Ole Miss behind them and move on with the season.

Alabama vs. Louisiana-Monroe - 9/26/15 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The ULM Warhawks look to get an upset win over Bama to stay above .500 for the season. The Warhawks cruised to a 47-0 victory in their last game against Nicholls State. UL-Monroe are 1-1 this year with their only loss coming at Georgia 51-14 in a weather shortened game. ULM QB Garrett Smith is completing 79 percent of his passes for 576 yards, 5 touchdowns, and only 1 interception. Smith has thrown for at least two touchdowns in ULM’s first two games. UL-Monroe does not have much of a run game; their leading rusher is Ben Luckett with only 84 yards. Rashon Ceaser leads the receiving game for the ULM with 23 receptions for 250 yards and 2 touchdowns. Defensively, the Louisiana Monroe are giving up 25.5 points per game. A good showing by the ULM would give them confidence heading into their Sunbelt conference play.

Alabama got exposed by Ole Miss in just about every way until late in the second half when the Tide made a push. With this being said, I think Alabama will have a great week of practice and be very focused when they play the Warhawks. Saban will not let them have two stinkers in a row and will definitely have the team fired up for this one. The Warhawks were able to score two touchdowns against Georgia, which is impressive for them, but I do not see them getting any more than that against Alabama. I’m taking the Crimson Tide to blow out the Warhawks in this one.
