The Nevada Wolf Pack overcame a cross country road trip to upend Buffalo 24-21 to even their record at 2-2. The Wolf Pack struggled to stop the passing of Joe Licata who threw for 338 yards put a pair of picks and a fumble recovery helped even out the Bulls 487-379 yardage edge. Quarterback Tyler Stewart went 12-21 for 90 yards in a so, so passing attack but the ground game was more then able to pick up the slack. James Butler paced a formidable Wolf Pack running game with 177 yards an a touchdown on 16 carries followed by Don Jackson’s 17 carry, 113 yard performance with a pair of touchdowns.
