Ohio Stadium and the Ohio State Buckeyes welcome the Maryland Terrapins to town in week six action.
The Maryland Terrapins have been a bit all over the map through five games but their offense has really stalled with six points in consecutive defeats capped off by a 28-0 loss to Michigan. The Wolverines won the battle of yardage 378-105 with each team giving the ball away three times so the defense did enough to be competitive. The Terps really had nothing going on the offensive side of the football with quarterback Caleb Rowe going 8-27for 47 yards and three interceptions while Daxx Garman was 2-9 for 29 yards. Wes Brown led Maryland in catches with a pair for 26 yards while Brandon Ross led the rushing attack with 44 yards on 14 carries.

The Ohio State Buckeyes have kicked off the season at 5-0 although they haven’t looked as dominant as many expected in the last three. The Buckeyes defeated Indiana 34-27 on the road in week five as more the a three touchdown favorite. The OSU offense set the tone with a 517-402 edge in yards but three turnovers hurt the production and eight penalties didn’t help. Quarterback Cardale Jones went 18-27 for 245 yards with a touchdown and interception with Jalin Marshall leading the Buckeyes with six receptions for 110 yards. Ezekiel Elliott gave Ohio State a monster day on the ground with 274 yards and three touchdowns on 23 carries.
The Terrapins are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games following a double-digit loss at home and are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games after accumulating less than 170 yards passing in their previous game while going 0-5 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. The Buckeyes are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games on fieldturf and are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall while the under is 4-0 in Buckeyes last 4 games overall. I don’t know what Ohio State is going to do but I’ll try the over…
