The Texas A&M Aggies and the Alabama Crimson Tide face off on Saturday in College Station in a SEC college football battle of nationally ranked teams.
The Texas A&M Aggies are off to a 5-0 start including two wins over ranked teams and two wins over SEC teams. The Texas A&M offense is averaging 39.2 points and 480.4 yards per game and they have turned the ball over six times. Kyle Allen gets the bulk of the snaps at QB for the Aggies completing 64 percent of his passes with 13 touchdowns and three interceptions. Tra Carson is Texas A&M’s top rushing option with 430 yards and four touchdowns and Christian Kirk is the top receiver with 32 catches and four touchdowns. The Texas A&M defense is allowing 21 points and 374.8 yards per game with three interceptions, five fumble recoveries, and 19 sacks. Armani Watts leads the Aggies with 39 tackles, Shaan Washington has 31 tackles, and Myles Garrett has 25 tackles and 7.5 sacks. Even though they are unbeaten Texas A&M doesn’t seem to get a lot of respect but this is a chance for them to earn some.
