Wisconsin vs. Purdue - 10/17/15 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Wisconsin Badgers look to improve to 5-2 on the season and remain in the Big Ten West race. Joel Stave is completing 59.4 percent of his passes for 1,386 yards, eight touchdowns and four interceptions. Stave has just one touchdown pass in his last two games. Alex Erickson and Robert Wheelwright have combined for 724 receiving yards and four touchdowns while Austin Traylor has 10 receptions. The Wisconsin Badgers ground game is averaging 164.3 yards per contest, and Dare Ogunbowale leads the way with 426 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, Wisky is allowing 11.5 points and 285.8 yards per game. Joe Schobert leads the Badgers with 40 tackles, Vince Biegel has three sacks and Leo Musso has two interceptions. Hayden Biegel and Taiwan Deal are questionable.

The Boilermakers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games in October and 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Badgers are 5-1 ATS vs. a team with a losing record and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games in October. The Boilermakers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 meetings in Wisconsin and 1-11 ATS in their last 12 meetings overall.

Wisconsin has simply beat up Purdue over the years, and the Boilermakers haven't put up much of a fight in a lot of those contests. It's hard to expect much of anything different here. Purdue was just clobbered by Minnesota at home. A trip to Camp Randall will be just as ugly.
