The Texas Tech Red Raiders saw their chance at a three game winning streak come to a halt in a 63-27 loss at Oklahoma where the offense simply couldn’t match the Sooners score for score. OU broke open a competitive contest with a 35-10 second half run on the way to 617 yards. The Red Raiders 425 yards wasn’t bad but four turnovers were killers. TT really needed to milk the clock with the run but DeAndre Washington and his 94 yards and touchdown wasn’t enough. Texas Tech quarterback Patrick Mahomes II struggled with 233 yards and a touchdown with four interceptions on 26-40 with a six yard scoring toss to Reginald Davis.
