The Rutgers Scarlet Knights pay a visit to Michigan Stadium to challenge the Michigan Wolverines.
The Rutgers Scarlet Knights have generally struggled to get their offense and defense on the same page which is a trend that continued in a 48-10 loss at Wisconsin in week nine that saddled the team with back to back defeats. The Badgers built a 27-3 lead by the half on the way to a 426-165 edge in yardage. Rutgers was desperate for passing yardage but quarterback combo Hayden Rettig and Chris Laviano combined for 82 yards on 6-20 with an interception with Carlton Agudosi hauling in a 49 yard pass. Josh Hicks was the Scarlet Knights lone source of rushing but 72 yards on 15 carries wasn’t enough.

The Michigan Wolverines have been vastly improved and stayed in the Big Ten title chase with a 29-26 victory at Minnesota that ended with the Wolverines preserving the victory with a goal line stand as time expired. On paper he Golden Gophers had the best of it with a 461-296 yardage edge and a 2-0 advantage in turnovers. Quarterback Jake Rudock threw for 140 yards and a touchdown and interception while Wilton Speight went 3-6 with a TD. Amara Darboh led the Wolverines with six catches for 73 yards while Jehu Chesson caught both touchdown passes. Drake Johnson was the only viable runner with 55 yards on ten carries as the Wolverines did nothing that stood out.
The Scarlet Knights are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games after accumulating less than 170 yards passing in their previous game and the over is 6-1 in Scarlet Knights last 7 games after accumulating less than 275 total yards in their previous game while going 4-1 in Scarlet Knights last 5 games after scoring less than 20 points in their previous game. The under is 6-0 in Wolverines last 6 vs. a team with a losing record and is 8-2 in Wolverines last 10 games in November while the over is 4-1 in Wolverines last 5 conference games. This is a lot of points to give away but I believe Michigan is the only choice here…
