The Minnesota Golden Gophers and Iowa Hawkeyes clash Monday night at Kinnick Stadium.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers look for their third road win to snap a three-game losing streak. Mitch Leidner is completing 58.3 percent of his passes for 1,908 yards, 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Leidner has four touchdown passes in his last three games. KJ Maye and Drew Wolitarsky have combined for 855 receiving yards and five touchdowns while Brandon Lingen has 19 receptions. The Minnesota Golden Gophers ground game is averaging 141.5 yards per contest, and Rodney Smith leads the way with 550 yards and one touchdown. Defensively, Minnesota is allowing 24.3 points and 330.3 yards per game. Cody Poock leads the Golden Gophers with 65 tackles, Jalen Myrick has three interceptions and Steven Richardson has 3.5 sacks. Josh Champion, Brian Bobek and Isaiah Gentry are questionable.

Iowa vs. Minnesota - 11/14/15 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Iowa Hawkeyes look to remain undefeated and stay in the playoff hunt. C.J. Beathard is completing 60.2 percent of his passes for 1,831 yards, 10 touchdowns and three interceptions. Beathard has one touchdown pass in his last three games. Matt VandeBerg and Tevaun Smith have combined for 838 receiving yards and four touchdowns while Henry Krieger Coble has 20 receptions. The Iowa Hawkeyes ground game is averaging 205 yards per contest, and Jordan Canzeri leads the way with 698 yards and nine touchdowns. Defensively, Iowa is allowing 16.6 points and 300.9 yards per game. Josey Jewell leads the Hawkeyes with 77 tackles, Desmond King has eight interceptions and Nate Meier has 6.5 sacks. Ike Boettger is questionable with an ankle injury.

The Golden Gophers are 15-4 ATS in their last 19 conference games and 15-7 ATS in their last 22 games on fieldturf. The Hawkeyes are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games in November and 6-2 ATS vs. a team with a losing record. The Golden Gophers are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 meetings in Iowa and the home team is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings.

Iowa is easily the better team, but Minnesota is no sloutch. In fact, the Golden Gophers crushed the Hawkeyes last season, 51-14. These teams play similair styles, as they want to run the ball, shorten the game and rely on the defense. I see a low-scoring, ugly football game. While Iowa will find a way to remain unbeaten, I see the points coming in handy here.
