The LSU Tigers and the Arkansas Razorbacks face off on Saturday in Baton Rouge in a Week 11 SEC college football matchup.

The LSU Tigers are coming off of a disappointing loss at Alabama and they look to bounce back at home this week. The LSU offense is averaging 36 points and 430.5 yards per game and they have turned the ball over just three times. LSU QB Brandon Harris has completed 55.1 percent of his passes with 10 touchdowns and an interception and he has rushed for three touchdowns. Leonard Fournette is coming off of his worst performance of the season but he leads the Tigers with 1,383 yards rushing and 16 touchdowns and Travin Dural has 26 receptions with three touchdowns and Malachi Dupre has 23 catches and five touchdowns. The LSU defense is allowing 23.5 points and 33.6 yards per game with seven interceptions, three fumble recoveries, and 21 sacks. Kendell Beckwith leads the Tigers with 62 tackles, Deion Jones has 60 tackles, and Lewis Neal has 7.0 sacks. LSU still has a chance to win the SEC West if they can win out and Alabama takes a loss.

USA TODAY Sports

The Arkansas Razorbacks have won their last three games in a row and are coming off of a wild win in overtime at Ole Miss. The Arkansas offense is averaging 34.8 points and 472.6 yards per game and they have turned the ball over seven times. Razorbacks QB Brandon Allen was the hero last week running in a two-point conversion for the win and for the season he has completed 64.9 percent of his passes with 21 touchdowns and five interceptions. Alex Collins has been a force rushing the football for Arkansas with 1,068 yards and 12 touchdowns and Drew Morgan is the top receiver with 44 catches and nine touchdowns. The Arkansas defense is allowing 29.4 points and 413 yards per game with seven interceptions, four fumble recoveries, and eight sacks. Brooks Ellis leads the Arkansas defense with 74 tackles, Dre Greenlaw has 72 tackles, and Rohan Gaines has 49 tackles. Arkansas is looking to keep their positive momentum going as they play the final month of the regular season.

LSU is 4-1 against the spread following a loss, 9-4 against the spread in their last 13 home games, and 5-2 against the spread following a game that they didn’t cover the point spread. Arkansas is 4-0 against the spread in their last four road games, 13-5 against the spread against a team with a winning record, and 7-3 against the spread following a win. Arkansas has covered the point spread in seven of their last eight games against LSU.

Even though this game will be spent between the tackles I expect point so at 54 this one goes over. My stronger pick is on who will cover the point spread and I will post that in the Premium Area.
