Buffalo currently has a turnover margin of -1 on the season and has been led on the defensive side by LB Nick Gilbo who has 105 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

The Minutemen are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. loss and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Bulls are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a ATS loss and 13-5 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.

It’s been a long season for Massachusetts as although they do have one of the best WR’s in the country in Tajae Sharpe, UMass hasn’t really got as much as they expected out of Blake Frohnapfel and the defense has been really below average. Buffalo has had an up and down season but has generally played better at home which included close loses to MAC heavyweights Bowling Green and NIU. Massachusetts is averaging just 16 ppg over their last four games and as I don’t see them faring much better on the road in Buffalo, I’m taking the Bulls to cover in this one.
