The North Carolina Tar Heels and Baylor Bears play Tuesday afternoon in the Russell Athletic Bowl at the Florida Citrus Bowl.

Williams has five touchdown passes in his last three games. Mack Hollins and Ryan Switzer have combined for 1,379 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns while Quinshad Davis has 49 receptions. The North Carolina Tar Heels ground game is averaging 222.9 yards per contest, and Elijah Hood leads the way with 1,345 yards and 17 touchdowns. The Baylor Bears look to win double-digit games for a third straight season. Chris Johnson is completing 39.5 percent of his passes for 220 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions. Johnson has just 28 pass attempts in his last two games. Corey Coleman and KD Cannon have combined for 2,191 receiving yards and 26 touchdowns while Jay Lee has 36 receptions. The Baylor Bears ground game is averaging 300.1 yards per contest, and Shock Linwood leads the way with 1,329 yards and 10 touchdowns. Defensively, Baylor is allowing 27.5 points and 389 yards per game. Grant Campbell leads the Bears with 90 tackles, Xavien Howard has five interceptions and Andrew Billings has 5.5 sacks. Jarrett Stidham is questionable with an ankle injury.
With questions at the quarterback position, I'm not sure we can trust the Baylor Bears in this spot. Stidham is banged up and Johnson hasn't been great when on the field in a limited role. North Carolina can put up points with the best of them and just hung around with a playoff team in Clemson.
The value here is on the Tar Heels given the questionable quarterback situation for Baylor.
