Nebraska vs. Wyoming - 9/10/16 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

The Nebraska Cornhuskers look for a quick 2-0 start after crushing the Fresno State Bulldogs week 1. Tommy Armstrong Jr. is completing 50 percent of his passes for 108 yards, one touchdown and zero interception. Armstrong has thrown two touchdowns in his last three games. Alonzo Moore and Stanley Morgan Jr. have combined for 103 receiving yards and one touchdown while Jordan Westerkamp has one reception. The Nebraska Cornhuskers ground game is averaging 292 yards per contest, and Devine Ozigbo leads the way with 103 yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, Nebraska is allowing 10 points and 274 yards per game. Kieron Williams leads the Cornhuskers with 10 tackles, Ross Dzuris has two sacks and Chris Jones has one interception. Antonio Reed, Nate Gerry and Brandon Reilly are questionable.

The Cowboys are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games on fieldturf and 5-12 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. The Cornhuskers are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games on fieldturf and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall.

Wyoming allowed Northern Illinois to get whatever it wanted offensively, so I can only imagine what Nebraska will be able to do. Chalk is a little high for my taste, but the Conrhuskers should be able to win in blowout fahsion.
