Missouri vs. Georgia - 9/17/16 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Georgia Bulldogs are off to a 2-0 start after fending off a scare against Nicholls State last week. The Georgia offense is averaging 29.5 points and 423.5 yards per game and they have turned the ball over 4 times. Jacob Eason has taken over the bulk of the snaps at QB for the Dawgs completing 59.4 percent of his passes with two touchdowns and an interception. Georgia rinning back Nick Chubb has returned to form with 302 yards and three touchdowns while Isaiah Mckenzie has 8 catches and 2 touchdowns and Michael Chigbu has 5 catches. The Georgia defense is allowing 24 points and 275.5 yards per game with two interceptions, one fumble recovery, and three sacks. Trenton Thompson leads the Georgia defense with 12 tackles, Natrez Patrick has 11 tackles, and Roquan Smith and Maurice Smith each have 10 tackles. Georgia will need to improve in a hurry if they hope to be competitive in the SEC this season.

Missouri is 4-10 against the spread in their last 14 games, 0-4 against the spread in their last four SEC games, and 0-6 against the spread following a win. Georgia is 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games, 7-2 against the spread in their last nine road games, and 6-2 against the spread on field turf. The road team has covered the point spread in the last four meetings of these two teams.

Both of these offenses are putting up points and I see that continuing here so I see this one being an over the total game.
