The UCLA Bruins could use a feel good victory after losing three of their last four games. The UCLA Bruins have four wins over ranked teams since last season. Josh Rosen is completing 59.3 percent of his passes for 1,915 yards, 10 touchdowns and five interceptions. Rosen has two or more touchdown passes in three of his last four games. Darren Andrews and Kenneth Walker III have combined for 783 receiving yards and six touchdowns while Eldridge Massington has 17 receptions. The UCLA Bruins ground game is averaging 91.1 yards per contest, and Soso Jamabo leads the way with 207 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, UCLA is allowing 23.1 points and 344.4 yards per game. Jayon Brown leads the UCLA Bruins with 63 tackles, Kenny Young has four sacks and Adarius Pickett has three interceptions.
The Utes are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 conference games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games in October. The Bruins are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 8-24 ATS in their last 32 games in October. The road team is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings and the under is 5-0 in the last 5 meetings.
Utah has some key guys missing this game and playing at UCLA is never easy. The Bruins usually do a good job of getting up for big games and Jim Mora always has his team motivated. The problem I have is the fact the Utah Utes are still sharp defensively and are one of the more well coached teams in the country. Giving Utah a free touchdown is a side I usually like to be on, especially with the fact UCLA can't run the football.
UCLA may win, but this game should come down to the wire.
