The Providence Friars have one of the more explosive lineups in the nation and they are off to a 5-0 start to the season. On Friday the Friars trailed Vanderbilt by five points at the half but ended up winning by seven. Tyler Harris had 15 points and four rebounds to lead the Friars. Bryce Cotton had 14 points and four assists, LaDontae Henton scored 12 points and five rebounds, and Kris Dunn had 10 points and five assists. Providence shot 41 percent from the floor and they hit 23.8 percent of their three point shots and still won despite losing the rebounding battle. Providence will need to play better if they hope to keep their winning streak alive.

La Salle is 4-1 against the spread in their last five neutral site games, 1-5 against the spread in their last six games, and 4-0-1 against the spread against the Big East. Providence is 4-0-1 against the spread against the A-10, 7-22 against the spread in their last 29 neutral site games, and 1-6-1 against the spread against a team with a winning record.

Providence hasn’t shown their best stuff yet as they can score with the best of them and look for them to roll up a nice number here for the cover.
