Senior F Cleveland Melvin had a team-high 23 points and 7 boards on 9 of 14 shooting and hit 3 of 4 from downtown, while senior G Brandon Young added 21 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Leading by 4 to begin the second half, the Blue Demons used an 11-5 run to take control of the game and keep sizable leads over the Beavers from the 14-minute mark on. DePaul is averaging 78.4 ppg on 47 percent shooting and Melvin leads the team with 17.4 ppg on 53 percent from the floor and 57 percent from distance.
