The Boise State Broncos visit San Diego State to face the #15 Aztecs in a MWC clash.
A top 25 offense has been the key to Boise State's success thus far as they try to establish themselves as a contender in the Mountain West. After dropping a close one to Iowa State, the Broncos scoring machine was back in business with an 86-79 decision over visiting Fresno State. A 21 point half time bulge survived a late Bulldogs come back which was decided at the line where Boise held a 28-14 edge. Anthony Drmic led the offense with 19 points, five yanks and five helpers with Ryan Watkins tossing in 15 points and snaring 17 rebounds while Derrick Marks and Mikey Thompson netted 12 and eleven points.

San Diego State has had zero problem finding the bottom of the basket but opponents certainly have with under 54 points allowed which is second nationally. That defense was put to the test at Kansas and came through with flying colors in a 61-57 decision. This unit held the Jayhawks to 30% from the floor and survived 15 giveaways of their own with a few clutch free throws in the final minute that iced it. San Diego State received a game high 16 points from Xavier Thames with Skylar Spencer cominng up with 13 points and nine rebounds followed by a ten point, 14 rebound performance from Josh Davis with the starting five accounting for all but six points.
San Diego State is a complete team especially at the defensive end while Boise State likes to score. With the Aztecs coming off their win versus Kansas I'll give the Broncos and the points a shot at a cover but they won't win this...
