The George Mason Patriots host the Massachusetts Minutemen at the Patriot Center on Wednesday.
After suffering their lone loss of 2013-14 thus far Massachusetts has rebounded to win four in a row. They haven't been winning big but they have taken the best shot from the opponent and survived. A prime example was their 73-68 win over visiting St Bonaventure where the defeicit was seven at the break before a late surge upped the record to 14-1. A 24-12 edge at the line was the key along with balanced scoring. Raphiael Putney led UMass with 17 points with Cady Lalanne adding 16 while Sampson Carter and Maxie Esho tossed in eleven and nine points apiece. Leading scorer Chaz Williams was held to eight points but did hand out nine assists.

Bryon Allen and Jalen Jenkins paced the attack with 20 points each with Jenkins also grabbing seven boards while the duo of Sherrod Wright and Patrick Holloway combined for 21 points.
