The Missouri Tigers have won two of their last three games and are 2-1 on the road this season. Mizzou is 2-2 in the SEC and they are in a logjam in sixth place in the standings. Jabari Brown leads Missouri averaging 18.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game. Missouri is 14-3 overall and 4-1 against teams with a RPI better than 100.
LSU is 2-5 against the spread in their last seven home games, 2-7-1 against the spread in their last 10 games, and 1-5 against the spread following a win. Missouri is 4-10 against the spread in their last 14 road games, 0-5 against the spread following a win, and 0-5 against the spread following a win by 20 or more points.
While this line looks out of whack Missouri’s issues and deficiencies at the Head Coach spot are going to haunt them until they make a move there so LSU covering here isn’t a reach at all, it is a probability.
