The LSU Tigers and the Auburn Tigers face off on Saturday in Baton Rouge in SEC college basketball.

Jordan Mickey is averaging 13.9 points and 7.4 rebounds, Andre Stringer is averaging 12.1 points, and Jarrell Martin is averaging 9.4 points. As a team LSU Is averaging 77.2 points and they are shooting 45.3 percent while defensively they are allowing 70.9 points and their opponents are shooting 39.9 percent. LSU is still competing for a possible spot in the NCAA Tournament but they can’t afford any more bad losses.

Auburn is averaging 73.6 points and they are shooting 45.6 percent while allowing 71.2 points and their opponents are shooting 43 percent. Auburn is tied for 10th place in the SEC standings.
LSU is 3-0-1 against the spread in their last four home games, 3-1-2 against the spread in the last six games, and 8-2-1 against the spread following a loss. Auburn is 5-13 against the spread against the SEC, 2-8 against the spread in their last 10 road games, and 4-13 against the spread against a team with a winning record. The underdog has covered the point spread I four of the last five meetings of these two.
This is a big number but LSU is the better team and coming off of the loss they should be focused here.
