The James Madison Dukes make the trip to the Carpenter Center to tangle with the Delaware Blue Hens.
Don't look now but James Madison has won back to back games for the first time in conference action so is this a sign of things to come? A 59-53 victory over visiting Hofstra was exactly how the Tribe have to play to win which means control the scoreboard to help out their offense which doesn't score a lot of points. The home team led by ten at the break with the Pride getting as close as three before clutch free throw shooting iced it. JMU won the shooting battle 44%-29% which accounted for five more field goals. Ron Curry posted 20 points and six assists with Charles Cooke adding 15 points and eight pulls while Andre Nation netted 13.

Delaware has been finding ways to win lately despite a few uneven scoring games where the points have been uncharacteristically difficult to come by. The Blue Hens rallied fro a double digit hole to edge Charleston 67-64 to stay atop the Colonial with a 10-0 mark. The Hens trailed by six at the half with only 22 points before exploding for 45 second half points. The Cougars fired away at 52.5% with UD hitting at 43% which was enough with eleven more looks thanks to 26 CofC turnovers. Davon Usher was a man among boys with 42 points and seven steals with Devon Saddler tossing in 17. The offense outside of this duo produced only eight points.
James Madison has shown some spunk the past few times out so I'm a worried Delaware fan because the offense didn't look great versus Charleston. Maybe a bit of wishful thinking here...
