The Line: Fordham Rams +4 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The St. Bonaventure Bonnies will look to snap a two-game losing streak when they take on the Fordham Rams Wednesday night. It will be the first and only meeting between these two teams this season.
The Bonnies were tripped up against Richmond and Dayton right when they looked like they were going to turn the corner with a victory over UMass. They’ll now have to prove they win on the road after losses in their last four road trips. On the road they allow 67 points on 42.4 percent shooting, while the offense averages 71.2 points on 44.4 percent shooting. They’re 12-9 ATS overall and 5-7 ATS on the road.

The Rams have lost three of their last four games, but all losses came against top tier Atlantic 10 competition. During that stretch they’re shooting just 38.9 percent from the field, while their opponents are knocking down 47.8 percent of their shots and 38.9 percent from downtown. At home they average 79.1 points and allow 72.8 points, which are much better than their season averages. The Rams are 8-8-1 ATS on the season and 5-2 ATS at home.
St. Bonaventure has to be one of the most underrated teams in the Atlantic 10, but it hasn’t been playing well as of late and has been absolutely terrible on the road. Meanwhile, Fordham performs well at home and has done a nice job of at least covering in front of its home fans.
The Rams are 4-0 ATS in their last four home games against teams with a losing road record and are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games following a SU loss of more than 20 points.
I’ll take the confident home team and the points any day of the week.
