The Line: Florida State Seminoles -1 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The hot North Carolina Tar Heels will go on the road to play the struggling Florida State Seminoles.
The Tar Heels have won six games in a row and are fresh off a 75-71 victory over the Pittsburgh Panthers. In the win they shot 44.3 percent from the field and forced 14 Panther turnovers. During their winning streak they’re averaging 77 points and allowing just 66.2 points. However, they are a mediocre 3-4 SU on the road and are shooting just 21.3 percent from beyond the arc away from home. They are 13-11 ATS overall and 5-4 ATS on the road.

The Seminoles have lost five of their last seven games and aren’t getting nearly the same offensive production they’ve had most of the season. While they shoot 46.7 percent from the field on the year, they’re shooting just 42.2 percent in their last five games. Defensively, they’ve allowed 77 or more points in two of their last three games. At home, they average 75.7 points and shoot an insane 48.7 percent from the field, while the defense allows 61.7 points and shoots just 38.4 percent. They are 13-10 ATS overall and 5-4 ATS at home.
North Carolina has been a little shaky on the road this season and Florida State is a different team when playing at home. However, getting the Tar Heels at this price is simply too good to pass up. They’re playing their best basketball of the season and have way too many weapons for Florida State to handle when the shots are falling.
The Tar Heels are 6-0 ATS in their last six games, while the Seminoles are 2-7 ATS in their last nine games.
This game won’t be easy, but it’s nearly impossible to turn down the overall better team at this price.
