The Tulsa Golden Hurricanes look to extend their winning streak to four games when they visit the Florida Atlantic Owls.
The Golden Hurricanes have won four of their last five games and are positioning themselves nicely as we approach the C-USA Tournament. During that stretch, they’re averaging 74.6 points and shooting 48.7 percent from the field, while the defense is allowing 56 points on 36.4 percent shooting. Simply unbelievable numbers and clearly their best basketball they’ve played all season. However, a lot of their struggles have come on the road, as they’re averaging 74.4 points and allowing 77.6 points away from home. They are 15-7 ATS overall and 7-5 ATS on the road.

The Owls are coming off a two-game road trip in which they split, but have lost four of their last seven games. However, many of these losses have been closer than expected, as they are averaging 67.4 points and allowing 66 points in their last five games. At home is where they bump their average up just a little bit, as they’re averaging 69.8 points and shoot 43.7 percent from the field. They allow 64 points and hold opponents under 40 percent shooting on their home court. They are 12-9 ATS overall and 5-2 ATS at home.
Tulsa is only 2-7 SU on the road this season, while the Owls have won four of their last six home games. They tighten up their defense at home and could seriously use a conference victory to move up the standings with the tournament around the corner.
The Owls are 8-1 ATS in their last nine games following an ATS loss and are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall.
I’ll take the home team and the points.
