The Montana Grizzlies face rival the Weber State Wildcats at Dahlberg Arena in Big Sky action.
With the end of the regular season not too far away Weber State needs a strong finish with Northern Colorado waiting in the wings for any slipup. The Wildcats sit atop the Big Sky at 11-3 thanks to their ability to both score and defend. The Wildcats drive to the conference crown took a step back Monday in a 78-75 overtime defeat at Idaho State. The Bengals led the shooting battle 52.7%-41% but Weber State turned 19 ISU personals in to a 20-12 edge at the line to stay competitive.

Montana is a long way from where they were over the past several years but probably in better shape at this point of the season then anticipated. The Grizzlies missed out on a chance to move up the conference standings in 74-69 loss at North Dakota for back to back losses. With both teams sinking more then half their shots the home team used 17 turnovers to muster seven more attempts which added up to a few more baskets. Leading score Kareem Jamar gave the Grizzlies 18 points and six pulls with Mario Dunn Jr. next in line with 17 points and seven yanks followed by the duo of Jordan Gregory and Michael Weisner with 16 and 12 points respectively.
This is a tough one with the home floor being a precious commodity in the Big Sky which favors Montana. Both teams score the basketball but if defense wins the tough one's then I'll go with defense here...
