Senior F Jerrelle Benimon had a team-high 22 points and 6 rebounds, senior G Rafriel Guthrie scored 16 points on 4 of 12 shooting, and senior G Mike Burwell added 15 points and 4 boards. Towson connected on 46.9 percent from the floor and 4 of 8 from outside the arc to the Pride’s 50.0 percent from the field and 6 of 17 from distance. The Tigers conceded a narrow 29-27 advantage on the boards, but converted 33 of 41 from the free throw line. On the season, the Tigers are averaging 73.2 ppg on 45.5 percent shooting. Benimon leads the team with 18.6 ppg, followed by Guthrie at 11.8 ppg.
