The VCU Rams will wrap up their three-game road trip and try to snap their two game losing streak when they play the Fordham Rams. These teams played a month ago and VCU won 76-60.
VCU has lost three of its last four games, all of which have come on the road. In fact, five of its seven losses have come on the road, while the other two took place on neutral sites. Away from home, they average 72.2 points on 41.8 percent shooting and allow 71.7 points on 46.2 percent shooting. This is a team that allows just 43.7 percent shooting on the season. They are 12-13 ATS overall and 7-7 ATS on the road.

Fordham, of course, hasn’t been hot at all this season, losing four straight and six of its last seven. In its last five games alone, the offense averages 71.8 points on 40.8 percent shooting and allows an insane 83.4 points on 53.7 percent shooting. Fordham has gone 14 straight games allowing at least 70 points. Half the time the opponent is scoring in the 80s or 90s. At home Fordham has been a little better, averaging 77.9 points and allowing 73.1 points. The team is 8-11-1 ATS overall and 5-3 ATS on its home court.
Even with the struggles VCU has had on the road, you can’t trust a Fordham squad that plays absolutely no defense. VCU has drastically improved its offense this season and will take advantage of that, while scoring will certainly be difficult for Fordham due to the Havoc defense.
VCU has won the previous two meetings by 16 points apiece. With the urgency to get back in the win column and the lack of defense Fordham plays, you have to like VCU winning this matchup fairly comfortable once again.
