The Mean Green have played some of their best basketball as of late, winning four straight. Incredibly, three of those four victories came on the road. During this stretch, they’re averaging 65.8 points on 43.9 percent shooting and are allowing 64.8 points on 44.6 percent shooting. Three of the four wins were decided by just two points. At home they average 67.3 points and allow 68.5 points. They are 11-9-1 ATS overall and 1-5-1 ATS on their home court.
The Mean Green have been on an impressive winning streak for them, but they’re still not in the class of UTEP. The Miners are one of the better teams in the C-USA and have been money all year on the road this season.
In their last 14 road games, the Miners have covered the spread 12 times. They’re also 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 games following a SU loss.
Not only have the Mean Green been brutal ATS at home, but they’ve also lost four of their last six home games SU.
The writing is on the wall. Go ahead and eat the chalk with UTEP on the road.
