Meanwhile, K-State dropped to 10-7 and 4th place in the Big 12 after 77-61 loss at Oklahoma State Monday. The Wildcats were outdone from the floor 47.7 percent to 34.5 percent and from outside the arc 41.2 percent to 20.0 percent. K-State dominated the boards 41-31, but committed 14 turnovers and converted just 18 of 28 from the free throw line. Junior F Thomas Gipson had 10 points and 13 rebounds, freshman F Wesley Iwundu scored 10 points and grabbed 10 boards, and freshman G Marcus Foster added 9 points and 4 assists. Through 30 games, the Wildcats are averaging 69.1 ppg on 43.3 percent shooting. Foster leads the team with 14.9 ppg, followed by Gipson at 11.9 ppg.

Rick’s Pick: The line in this one is currently set at -4 for K-State. Baylor topped the Tigers 87-73 in double overtime close to a month ago, but despite the score line, it wasn’t a dominant win. Look for the Wildcats to bounce back from getting handled at Ok State and cover.
