Maryland shot 47.5 percent from the floor and 46.2 percent from beyond the three-point arc while hitting 88.9 percent of their free throws. Melo Trimble led the way for Maryland with 31 points. Dezmine Wells had 14 points and eight rebounds, Jake Layman had 12 points, and Dion Wiley had eight points. Maryland outrebounded ASU 28-22 but allowed the Sun Devils to shoot 50 percent from the floor.
