The William & Mary Tribe make the trip to the City of Brotherly Love to face the Drexel Dragons.
I think the William & Mary Tribe will be heard from in the CAA before all is said and done because they can both score and defend although the trick is to find a way to win away from home. That wasn't an issue Saturday in a 75-45 demolition of visiting Charleston in a game that was never in doubt with the Cougars down 13 at the break with only 35% shooting to lean on. The Tribe burned the nets at over 55% and that equaled 14 more field goals which was the game. Omar Prewitt led all scorers with 18 points and six pulls on 8-12 with Marcus Thornton adding 16 points and five yanks. Terry Tarpey netted 12 points and hauled in ten rebounds followed by an eight point, seven board effort from Sean Sheldon.

The Drexel Dragons suffered some significant injuries the past few seasons which cost them and now graduation has taken a toll in 2014-15. The Dragons already have their backs against the wall with a 2-10 record behind a struggling offense that averages just 59 points. Drexel suffered loss number six in a row following a 77-67 defeat at the hands of visiting Elon where the Phoenix took an 18 point lead in to the locker room before coasting to victory. The Poenix held a slight 47%-45% shooting edge but the real difference was the visitors 11-20 mark from long range. Damion Lee tried to carry the Dragons with 29 points, six boards and six assists with Rashann London and Tavon Allen contributing 15 and 14 points and a combined ten rebounds but the rest of the team scored just nine points.
The Tribe are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a S.U. win and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of less than .400. W&M are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a losing home record and are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning % below .400. The Dragons are 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of less than .400 and 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. Drexel are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games and 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. I think William & Mary are one of the top teams in the CAA and if so I like them at the small chalk...
