The Drake Bulldogs look to turn their season around starting with a road win versus the Loyola (Chicago) Ramblers.

Leading scorer Reed Timmer netted 13 points on 3-8 from the field while CJ Rivers and Jordan Daniels scored seven points apiece.

The Loyola (Chicago) Ramblers have looked like one of the top teams in the Missouri Valley in 2014-15. The Ramblers were looking like one of the big dogs until the big dog named Wichita State set the record straight with 67-53 rout on the road Sunday. It appeared that the upstart Ramblers were going to shut down the Shockers with a 28-23 lead at the intermission but the defending MVC champions dominated the second half 44-25. The Ramblers never found the shooting touch at 37% while WSU countered with 54% which added up to eight field goals. Earl Peterson paced the offense with 13 points on 5-10 from the field while Devon Turk tossed in eleven points and posted five pulls. Jay Knuth and Milton Doyle combined for 17 points nobody was able to provide some secondary scoring.
