The Line: Cal State Northridge +1.5 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds

The Hawaii Warriors shoot for a road win against the Cal State Northridge Matadors at Matador Gymnasium.

The Hawaii Warriors are a very dangerous squad with a big offense that averages over 73 points. If they can get solid efforts from their defense and become more consistent away from home the rest of the Big West won't be feeling comfortable. The home court wasn't an advantage in Saturday's 78-72 loss to UC Irvine as they trailed by eight at the interission and couldn't get the lead. The Anteaters sank shots at 52% and hit ten bombs to overcome the Warriors 33% accuracy and nullify 19 more UH shots built on 17 turnovers and 18 offensive rebounds. Isaac Flemming led five DD scorers with 14 points followed by a 13 point, nine rebound performance from Garrett Nevels. Stefan Jankovic and Negus Webster-Chan added eleven points and seven boards each while Roderick Bobbitt chipped in with ten points.

CS Northridge Matadors vs. Hawaii Warriors - College Basketball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Cal State Northridge Matadors are outscored 71-64 overall and are having some of these same issues on the way to a 2-4 record through six conference games. The offense cost them a winnable game in a 64-58 defeat to visiting Long Beach State wher an 18 point first half set the tone. The defense played one of their better games by limiting the 49ers to 39% accuracy while countering with 27.8% marksmanship but were further hindered by16 giveaways with a 23-14 advantage at the charity stripe helping to keep the team competitive. Stephen Maxwell was the top offensive option with a game high 18 points and eight boards on 6-10 from the field while Landon Drew tossed in ten points and posted five helpers. Stephan Hicks scored eight with the duo of Aaron Parks and Devonte Elliott adding seven points each with Elliott grabbing eight rebounds.

The Warriors are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a S.U. loss and 3-9 ATS in their last 12 vs. Big West. Hawaii are 4-15 ATS in their last 19 road games vs. a team with a losing home record and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games. The Matadors are 11-3 ATS in their last 14 vs. Big West and 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games following a ATS win. CSN are 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a S.U. loss and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games. Hawaii is awful on the road and the Matadors aren't great so caution here...
