The Line: TCU Horned Frogs +4.5 See the Latest Odds
The TCU Horned Frogs have a tough task ahead of them on Saturday, as the Horned Frogs have to host the Oklahoma Sooners.
The TCU Horned Frogs are sitting at 14-8 overall this season, and in the Big 12, TCU is currently ranked 10th. TCU is great on the boards this season, grabbing a solid 38.7 per outing, but the offense hasn’t been there to get those second chance shots, as the ‘Frogs are scoring just 69.8 per game this year. TCU has really struggled as of late, dropping five in a row heading into this meeting against OU, with their last loss coming on the fourth against Baylor, falling 77-57. This will be the first time the Horned Frogs have played the Sooners this season.

The Oklahoma Sooners are currently 15-7 on the season, and the Sooners have the fourth spot in the Big 12 as of now. The Sooners are ranked in the top 25 in both major polls currently, holding the 21st spot in both. OU is very strong offensively, putting up 72.4 points per game, and a big reason for this is their strength on the boards. OU has won three straight heading into this meeting against TCU, with their last win coming against the Mountaineers, defeating WVU in impressive fashion, 71-52.
The Sooners are 12-8 against the spread this season, while the Horned Frogs are 7-9 against the number on the year. The Sooners are also 10-4 ATS as a favorite this year, and as an underdog, the Horned Frogs are just 3-5 against the spread.
TCU can be tricky at home, especially against a conference rival, but I have to take the Sooners here. Oklahoma is just simply the better team, and getting less than three buckets, even on the road against TCU is tough to pass up.
