The Wofford Terriers look to lock up first in the SoCon when the North Carolina-Greensboro Spartans visit.
The lone goal for the North Carolina-Greensboro Spartans is to escape last place in the Southern with just a handful of games remaining in the regular season. That means their offense has to get back on track after scoring 112 points in consecutive defeats which squandered a pair of solid defensive efforts. The Spartans are coming off of a 55-50 loss at Mercer wher a spirited rally from an eleven point hole fell short with the Bears 44%-38% shooting edge and four extra free throws prevailed. North Carolina-Greensboro leaned on the scoring of RJ White who pumped in 19 points snd posted five helpers on 9-9 from the floor. Nicholas Paulos added 12 points and five assists while three players scored five points apiece.
