The Line: Tulsa Golden Hurricane -10 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Tulsa Golden Hurricane look to stay in the running for the AAC tile when the Tulane Green Wave visit.
The Tulane Green Wave could sweep the remaining four games on the schedule and possibly move up a notch or two in the conference standings although I think this team is playing for seeding in one of the NCAA tournaments. Regardless of what tournament the Green Wave might think have an eye on them this team is 14-12 and needs to remain above .500 or won't be going anywhere. Tulane looks to get back in the win column after a 67-60 loss at Connecticut where the Huskies won the battle of halfcourt attacks with 53% shooting to outdistance the visitors 38% accuracy and ten makes froom long range. Louis Dabney gave Tulane 19 points on 5-15 from the floor with Dylan Osetkowski adding 12 oints and six pulls. Jay Hook followed with eight points and eight boards while nine players found the scoring column.

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane are right behind Southern Methodist for supremacy in the AAC and that means another loss could prove fatal to their conference title hopes. After suffering consecutive defeats to fall to second the Golden Hurricane have responded with back to back double digit victories after routing Temple on Saturday by a 55-39 count. The Owls were limited to less then 25% shooting including a 1-14 performance from long range which rendered their nine extra looks a non factor while making Tulsa's 37.5% marksmanship seem red hot. James Woodard led a trio of double figure scorers with a game high 16 points and seven boards while Rashad Smith added 13 points and a contest best 13 rebounds. Brandon Swannegan was next in line with ten points and six pulls with four others scoring four points apiece.
The Green Wave are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 road games and 7-2 ATS in their last 9 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. Tulane are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600 and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 Wednesday games. The Golden Hurricane are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a winning road record and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. Tulsa are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games following a S.U. win and 18-7-1 ATS in their last 26 home games. You have to be impressed with what Tulsa is doing and with their success against the Green Wave I'll take them...
