The Syracuse Orange and the UConn Huskies face off on Thursday in the Bahamas in college basketball action.
The Syracuse Orange are 4-0 this season and they are coming off of a win over Charlotte on Wednesday to advance to this game. Syracuse is averaging 71.2 points and they are shooting 42.7 percent from the floor while defensively they are allowing 59.5 points and their opponents are shooting 34.1 percent. Michael Gbinije leads the Orange averaging 20.3 points per game. Trevor Cooney is averaging 14.5 points, Malachi Richardson is averaging 13.5 points, and Tyler Lydon is averaging 10 points and 8.0 rebounds. Syracuse has had a fairly easy schedule to start the season.

I almost expected the books to make Syracuse, a very public team, the favorite here making UConn one of my better plays of the day but at this number I still like the Huskies but just a little less.
