South Florida vs. Kentucky - 11/27/15 College Basketball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

The South Florida Bulls could use a feel good victory after a brutal 1-4 start to the season. The South Florida Bulls are averaging 66 points on 39.5 percent shooting and allowing 70.8 points on 39.8 percent shooting. Jahmal McMurray is averaging 13.4 points and 1.4 assists while Angel Nunez is averaging 11.4 points and six rebounds. Roddy Peters is the third double-digit scorer and Chris Perry is grabbing 7.6 rebounds. The South Florida Bulls are shooting 24 percent from beyond the arc and 66.4 percent from the free throw line. South Florida has scored no more than 67 points in its last four games and has made just 23 threes in five games. The good news is that USF is averaging 43.8 rebounds, which is good for 43rd in the country.

The Wildcats are 13-5-2 ATS in their last 20 neutral site games and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Bulls are 1-7-1 ATS in their last 9 non-conference games and 12-4-1 ATS in their last 17 Friday games.

South Florida hung around with a good George Washington team and is coming off a victory over a solid Albany squad. While Kentucky is by far the better team, I'll take the chances with the points. USF isn't THAT bad.
