The Texas-Arlington Mavericks look to continue their hot start when the Bradley Braves visit.
The Bradley Braves opened the season with a one point win against Ball State but it has been all downhill since with seven consecutive defeats following a 70-47 loss at Delaware on Tuesday. The Braves trailed by 12 at the half and never recovered with 28% shooting and a 6-28 mark on threes making the Blue Hens 43.6% a winning performance. Donte Thomas was the Braves lone double digit scorer with ten points on 4-6 from the floor with Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye adding nine points on 3-6 with a team high seven rebounds. This duo were the only players to sink at least half of their looks.

The Texas-Arlington Mavericks have been playing well to kick off the season and have faced some bigger names in forging a 5-2 record. The Mavericks saw their four game winning streak come to an end in an 80-73, overtime loss at Texas on Tuesday as a 9.5 point underdog. The Longhorns had a huge 46%-33% edge in marksmanship but UTA stayed competitive with 19 offensive rebounds leading to 14 more looks at the basket. Kevin Hervey paced the Mavericks with 15 points and 15 rebounds but was just 5-17 from the floor while Drew Charles tossed in 12 points. Jalen Jones added nine points and five boards and the duo of Jorge Bilbao and Kaelon Wilson scored eight points each.
Bradley are 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 Tuesday games and the under is 20-7 in their last 27 non-conference games while the Braves are 4-11-1 ATS in their last 16 games overall. Texas-Arlington has been pretty good but I was hoping for less chalk to be honest…
