The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are 7-2 this season ad have won three games in a row since suffering their one point loss to Alabama. Notre Dame is averaging 79.6 points and they are shooting 49 percent from the floor while defensively they are allowing 66.4 points and their opponents are shooting 42.1 percent. Demetrius Jackson leads the Fighting Irish averaging 17.8 points per game. Zach Auguste is averaging 14.4 points and 10.4 rebounds, Steve Vasturia is averaging 13 points, and V.J. Notre Dame is 7-1 against the spread against the Big Ten, 4-1 against the spread in their last five games, and 7-2 against the spread following a game that they covered the point spread. Indiana is 4-1 against the spread in their last five non-conference games, 1-4 against the spread in their last five neutral site games, and 1-5 against the spread against the ACC. The underdog has covered the point spread in five of the last six meetings of these two.
I am less than inspired by either of these teams right now but it’s a lean at best to Notre Dame as Indana has been worse against decent teams.
