The SMU Mustangs look to stay perfect when they visit the Tulsa Golden Hurricane.
The Southern Methodist Mustangs have played well at both ends of the floor in forging a 7-0 record but they were at their very best in an 82-58 win versus Michigan. The Mustangs mustered a 14 point lead at the break and never took their foot off the gas with dominant play at both ends of the floor. The Wolverines connected at 35% but just 10-36 on threes while SMU burned the nets at 57% which equaled ten more baskets. Jordan Tolbert poured in a game high 23 points and nine boards while Keith Frazier and Nic Moore netted 15 points apiece. Jarrey Foster, Sterling Brown and Ben Moore combined for 27 points with the latter two grabbing ten rebounds each.

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane are just 2-3 in their last five contests so they certainly could use a winning streak. The Golden Hurricane are hoping a 90-81 victory against Iona last time out is the start of something good. Tulsa jumped to a 12 point lead at the half and the potent offense of the Gaels were unable to rally. The Tulsa defense held Iona to less then 41% while firing away at almost 52%. Shaquille Harrison led the offense with 24 points and six pulls with James Woodard adding 21 points and another six boards. Rashad Ray and Pat Birt each netted ten points while all nine players that saw the floor scored.
Tulsa are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 Tuesday games and are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 home games. SMU are 11-1 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Tulsa and the road team is 21-5-1 ATS in the last 27 meetings. I’m not really sure about this one and hope I’m not giving Tulsa too much credit….
