The Ohio Bobcats also won their 4th straight contest and improved to 8-3 (0-0 MAC East) on the season after defeating the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions, 65-58, on December 21st. Ohio was able to get out to a quick 11-2 lead in this one and used an 8-2 run late in the 2nd half to take control of the game and get the victory. Ohio shot 47.6% from the field however, struggled from beyond the arc hitting just 2 of 14 three-pointers. The Bobcats held the Golden Lions to 37.3% shooting from the field and outrebounded Arkansas-Pine Bluff by a 35-20 margin. Leading the way for Ohio was Antonio Campbell who had a double-double with 26 points, 12 rebounds, 3 blocks, and a steal. On the season, the Bobcats have been led by Antonio Campbell (15.2 ppg, 9.3 rpg, 2.1 bpg), Jaaron Simmons (14.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 7.8 apg), and Kenny Kaminski (13.3 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 1.2 apg). The Bobcats have a rebound margin of 5.5 and a turnover margin of -3.9.

The Highlanders are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 Wednesday games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. The Bobcats are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up win.

UC Riverside has some talented players in Jaylen Bland and Taylor Johns and could be a tough team to play in the Big West if they can continue to get solid contributions from Secean Johnson. Ohio has been great at home and have one of the better big man in the MAC in Antonio Campbell. The Bobcats will be tough to beat at home however as they are prone to turning the ball over, I think UC Riverside has enough talent to keep this one within the number. Take UC Riverside and the points.
