The Wolfpack held a 46.7%-44% shooting advantage which added up to four more baskets with NE staying close with an 11-24 performance from long range. The surging Seahawks defeated Drexel 75-63 for win number four in a row. UNCW took an eleven point lead heading to the locker room and held serve the rest of the way. The Dragons struggled to 33% shooting but used 21 offensive rebounds to manage 24 more looks at the basket to stay reasonably close to the 46.5% shooting Seahawks. Chris Flemmings led all scorers with 17 points on 15-16 at the stripe with CJ Bryce scoring 14 points. Devontae Cacok added eleven points and six boards while Denzel Ingram chipped in with ten points.
UNCW are 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 home games and the over is 8-3 in their last 11 overall while the Seahawks are 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 Saturday games. Northeastern are 2-6 ATS in the last 8 meetings. I’m not sure which team is better so I’ll take the points…
